With a degree in Information Technology, I currently work as a Web Developer specializing in Laravel and WordPress, and an Android Developer. My professional experience spans nearly three years, as evidenced by my portfolio.Prior to this, I served as a Virtual Assistant for approximately two years, where I provided chat and email support, and input customer details into Daylite and Evernote. In my previous role, I primarily engaged in chat support, assisting customers via Zendesk or Freshdesk regarding their affiliate accounts. If I could not resolve an issue, I forwarded it to the Account Manager, who would either email or call the customer to provide an answer.Additionally, I possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Spreadsheets, Gmail, and Google Drive. Furthermore, I have experience in creating and managing fake profiles, descriptions, and chat conversations on dating websites (as an Administrator).In the Philippines, I am also an Accredited Real Estate Salesperson registered with the Philippine Regulatory Commission. As a Real Estate Virtual Assistant, I manage listing, posting, and advertisement on platforms like Facebook, Property24, and Lamudi. I also handle video editing using PowerDirector and photo editing using Adobe Photoshop. Additionally, I manage leads and appointment setting and conduct data gathering on real estate properties from various platforms (websites and social media) using Microsoft Excel for future reference. I reach out to property owners to inquire about the availability of properties or to inquire about their willingness to sell, and I follow up with potential buyers.
