The following are my job responsibilities:

1. Product Research
- Use of product research tool such as Jungle Scout, Helium 10, Keepa and Data Dive
- Determine product viability with certain metrics such as price, product revenue,       
   net profit, ROI and margins
- Conduct competitors research and identify strategies for winning products
- Establish strong metrics and scores to determine product viability for product 
  launch

2. Product Sourcing
- Perform sourcing on various ecommerce platform such as Upgrade to see actual info, Upgrade to see actual info , 
  Upgrade to see actual info and other international ecommerce platforms such IndiaMart 
   and others.
-  Carryout task in supplier negotiations for pricing and determination of product 
    quality
- Request for product samples
- Arrange logistics of product samples for review
- Shortlist potential suppliers and determine the final supplier in preparation for 
   product launch

3. Amazon Account Storefront Management
- Create and Update Product Listing through SEO using Helium 10 and Data Dive
- Copy Writing of new and existing product listing
- Order Management
- Process Refunds
- Process Product Replacements
- KPI Performance Monitoring
- Monitoring & Resolving issue on overcharged FBA fees
- Monitoring and Resolving Issues for High Jackers
- Resolve Account Issues and Getting Help from Seller Central Support 

4. Inventory Management          
- Efficient restocking of inventory through the use of Inventory Planner Software 
 - Forecasting of reorder qty through the use of various forecasting models 
   (linear trend equation, moving average, season trend variations, etc)                
- Ensuring stable inventory on hand and doesn’t run out of stocks          
- Update lead time of shipping orders (as necessary)
- Inventory Performance Index Monitoring and Resolution of ageing inventories
- Managing Overaged Stocks

5. Production Coordination
- Generate Purchase Orders
- Requisition of Purchase Invoice (Proforma Invoice and/or Commercial Invoice)
- Supplier Negotiation on EXW and/or FOB prices
- Procurement of sample and/or bulk orders
- Provision of FNSKU labels
- Provision of Shipping Carton Labels
- Arrange Inspection
- Assess/Review Inspection Results and address quality concerns

6. Logistics          
- Create Shipping Plan
- Generate FNSKU Labels
- Generate Shipping Carton Labels          
- Coordinate with various international suppliers for the production orders          - Coordinate with various freight forwarders for the shipping orders (get freight 
  quotations DDU or DDP, arrange pick-up, reconcile shipping weights, etc)       
- Monitor & Tracks Shipping Status (sea, air freight, air courier)
- Shipment Reconciliation for shipping plans with irregularities

7. Marketing        
 - Listing Set-up Optimization : Generating Keywords and Building Listing 
   through the use of Helium 10 (Magnet2, Cerebro, Frankenstein and Scribbles)  - Optimizing Product Ranking         
- Create A+ Content or Enhanced Brand Content (EBC)         
- Coordinate with designers on the product images and lay-outs
- PPC

8. Photography and Image Listings Design
- Coordinate with Photographer for the product image pictorials
- Coordinate with Product Designers for the enhancement of photos following 
   the requirements by Amazon on photo quality/background.
- Coordinate with Product Designer for the EBC/A+ Content
- Coordinate with Product Designer for the Packaging design customization, die-
  cut, etc.

9. Customer Service         
- Answering Customer Questions on Product Inquiry         
- Provide Resolution on Customer Complaints on defective items         
- Answering Negative Feedback         
- Monitor NCX Rating and Strategize for Improvement
