Initially worked as a Nurse, after passing the licensure exam in a multi-specialty clinic, with experience in Treadmill and Spirometry, Charting, Vital Signs, assisting in Laboratory tests and arranging Doctor's schedule and consultation.
After 2 years, shifted to BPO/ CPO handled accounts such as Healthcare, Telco, Online Selling. Headhunting / Staffing Firm. I handled various clients, with different LOB and expertise. I attended customer's queries thru voice, live chat and
5 years in BPO/CPO industry.
Transferred to Recruitment and Sourcing after 5 years. Worked in a Recruitment firm as a Sourcing Specialist and a Recruitment officer. I managed to source candidates depending on the client's urgent requirement - Volume Hiring, Executive Search, C-Level and IT. Promoted eventually as a Business Development Manager, then, later on, became an Account Manager in one of the best Firms here in the Philippines.
My task was to acquire new clients for the business, execute Service Agreement, maintaining and building client relations. I work hand in hand with the Delivery Team to make sure that requirements and clients expectations are met.
I worked as a Virtual Assistant for a year now and I handled different tasks- from personal/executive to professional level depending on my boss' needs.
With my experience, I can definitely work on various tasks depending on the client's needs. I can also work independently, with minimal supervision.
