As an ESL Teacher,
Speaking and communicating in English is a taxing job nevertheless quite fun to have. As an English Secondary Language Teacher, I was able to improve my English skills both in writing and communication. I teach Japanese students from an evaluation level of beginner to advance Upgrade to see actual info is my duty to help them with their presentation in various international events; help them prepare speeches for meetings with their foreign coworkers or clients; and help them edit their messages for important meetings. I have experienced working being a Virtual Assistant Language Teacher in various High School Universities in Japan. I was tasked to review, conduct examinations and engaged conversations from specific topics given by the English Department of the school. I have followed the lesson plan from the native speaker English Teachers and helped them assessed students based on their speaking or conversational skills in English.

I also learned to study Japan's culture, tradition and people. I have adjusted with Japanese culture easily thus knowing how to adjust my level in communication is not a problem with me. I can manage, lead and sustain good conversations therefore, communicating in English is such an easy job for me.

As an Executive Secretary, I worked and provided administrative services in:

1. Communication
a. I gave accurate, up-to-date and pertinent information to the leadership organization
b. I gave accurate, up-to-date and pertinent information to the congregation through use of available and effective technology in delivering its core ministry function.
c. I received correspondence and provided appropriate and approved responses in behalf of the organization.

2. Facilities management
a. Coordinated and scheduled of the use of facilities by the leadership, ministry teams, life groups and other events.
b. Supervised the preparation, use and maintenance of the facilities with a high standard of cleanliness, tidiness and excellence.
3. Provided administrative services:
a. in the operations of Corporate Worship Experiences.
b. in the operations of Discipleship Ministry.
c. in the operations of Pastoral Services Ministry.

As an Executive Coordinator,

1. I provided administrative services in the area of events management:
a. organized special events (church activities other than the weekly prayer meetings and weekend services such as leaders meeting, convergences, anniversaries, e412 awards, etc.)
b. coordinated with different ministries in the implementation of special events.
c. directed the special events to ensure that the specific goals and objectives of these activities are accomplished.
d. ensured that the special events being conducted contributed to the overall vision and mission of the organization.
