I have worked in a human resources department for more than 10 years already. With this, I have been exposed to all facets of HR field like recruitment, training, and employee relations. Moreover, with my educational background as a graduate of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and with the skills I learned, I was able to deliver all the tasks given by my former employers. I have worked on lots of HR roles such as recruitment strategic planning, module development for training employees, and organization development. I earned my license as Psyhometrician last 2015 and gained a lot of experience in the psychological testing and assessment field. I worked with some prestigious industries and schools for administering and interpreting psychological tests.
