Have an experience in non-life insurance as Marketing Assistant. I have done a big part in coordinating with all the branches and departments. Preparing presentations and reports. Trained for insurance policy issuance.
Have an experience in Visa industry where I am coordinating and in constant communication with a US partner sponsor specializing in J1 Exchange Visitor Program. Conducts orientation and brief training for the applicants in preparation for their interview with the host company. I prepare and review their documents and make changes if necessary then inform US partner of the changes I made.
Training participants to what they would expect in their upcoming training and how would they answer in their Embassy appointments, guiding and coaching them.
In student program in Canada and Australia, I prepare and correct documents and requirements of the applying participant for school application and submission. I conduct the student’s English exam and written exam and coordinate with the schools for the student’s course and intake dates. Prepare and lodge applications for Canadian Embassy and Australian embassy.

In Australian Visa, have experience in handling Family Visa, Student Visa (including subsequent entrant), Visitor Visa (including extension visas), Temporary Graduate Visa (including subsequent entrant), Temporary Activity Visa, Skilled Nominations (including subsequent entrant), Citizenship, Bridging Visa, EOI, etc.
I am good in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Have intermediate skills in editing/enhancing documents copies which includes file conversion. Have intermediate skills in creating social media post for simple marketing campaigns. Have experience in CRM, Mailchimp, Machform, Logii, Fileinvite, Canva Adventus, Immimate and Docketwise
I have work with minimal supervision and have proven skills in communication and leadership. I have the attitude to figure out things and work for a solution preventing conflict whenever needed. Have understand and dealt with a different timezone. I want a stable job to where I can be part of the team and grow together with your company.
