Hi there,Thank you for taking interest in my profile. I have 5 years experience in the BPO setting. 2 years under (sales account)  and 3 years under Capital One Philippines. Support Service Corp as a customer service representative and later on was promoted to operations support.

These are the experiences I gained throughout the years:• Excellent oral communication skills• Expert in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Google Sheets, Slide, Docs, and Forms• Typing skills 50 words per minute, 95?curacy• Interpersonal Skills• can multi-task• can work independently or with group• can work under pressureI also worked briefly as a virtual assistant. Below are my tasks:• Data scraping• Data and internet research • Data entry• Cold calling - pre-qualifying people who are selling their houses to a real estate investor
I worked with those companies the same time I was pursuing my Bachelors degree in Psychology. This showed an extremely high level of perseverance on my part. Some were asking me how I was able to do that, and I always answer: "with determination, focus and prayers."
I guess you could say that I'm the type of person who never backs down to Upgrade to see actual info fact, when things gets tough, I'm more motivated to be better. I also love learning new things.
