Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info, having a degree in Psychology helps me relate to people and made a major impact on my career. I worked in corporate as an HR specialist for 3 years and 4 years as a Customer Service Associate and was promoted to Assistant supervisor (SME). 

In 2017, I dUpgrade to see actual info to transition to freelancing and land a job as an Amazon Seller Central Manager. I've been with the company for 3 years. I can confidently say that I am highly experienced in general Customer Service and specialized in Amazon e-Commerce. Handling extremely difficult customers is part of my daily routine. I'm a perfectionist, detailed-oriented person and do everything with passion. I am a fast learner and can work independently and also with a team. My strength is I formulate effective and friendly responses that aim to maintain the standard and tone of the company to every customer depending on their situation. I am looking for a company that knows how to care for people. I want to be part of a team that put the welfare of our customer as our top priority. By introducing products that can make life easier and more fun! 

My persistence to make sure I am ready for the nature of this job and my resume can tell you what I’ve been up to, career-wise. I’ve had seminars relating to how I can navigate computer tools really well and was very familiar with make designs using Canva.
