Profile Description

My name is Upgrade to see actual info. I've been working in the customer service industry for over 16 years now; turned 17th year last June 18th, 2024, and I am still loving it! In those years, I've been a technical support, team lead, supervisor, and a virtual assistant who wore different hats for all of my clients because, why not? I can always learn and upskill!

I also have several years of experience using different CRMs and SaaS. In my previous work experiences as General VA, who was also in charge with the customer service side, I worked closely with direct clients and different teams to address any issues and provide suggestions, attending to mostly everything related to administrative tasks, juggled with customer service tasks and other tasks as requested, or if there's anything else I can do for the company too, I proactively offer my service to them.

Not to brag, but I am the type of person who is very flexible, especially when it comes to schedule; I do not mind working on holidays or weekends; I embrace changes; I am positive, patient (very patient), self-motivated, and I love using my instinct when it comes to problem solving. It helps me weigh things and solve them calmly. I also like discovering new skills and not getting tired of learning.
