As a Technical Assistant in Kuwait Oil Company for 4 years and a Store Managerial position for 8 years and combined with 23 years of experience in Customer service, Accounting clerk, Administrative and Marketing Assistant, Visual Merchandising, Stock and Inventory Controller broaden my skills in the field of Oil and Gas and in business (Retail & Food) that equipped me with a strong set of valuable competencies.  I faced most in sales, customer (internal/external), staffs (shops and back-office), Suppliers, Brand/District and Country Managers, Snr. Engineers and Engineers and the Company owner itself.  This has instilled multi-dimensional communication skills and an ability to recognize and act-upon demands and needs in order to ensure continues and positive relationship with the business.  I've done creating Service Request and/or NCSOR (Non Contract Service Request OrderRequest) through Work Order No., NCSO and SSP (Sundry Service Payments) ine-BEAMS (Maximo software).  Recruiting applicant based on their experiences and skills, did an on-boarding checklist for the successful candidates and in-store training to the existing employees to meet the company's standards.  Basic photo and video editing for the presentation in marketing, competitor analysis, bench-marketing, and visual and planograming.
