General Accounting and Tax which includes the following:
A. Performing balance sheet accounts reconciliations and analyses
B. Preparation of workbooks and financials for period/month end closing of books on a timely manner and ready for audit. 
C. Records business related transactions and performs general ledger accounting and maintenance using accounting software
D. Assists with Compliance Reporting for federal, state and government agencies
E. Ensures that all expenses are accrued and all income and expense items are recognized in the appropriate period.

Accounts Receivable processing
A. Process customers' invoices
B. Posts and applies cash receipt against open customer invoices
C. Coordinates with related teams for escalated queries and/or disputes. 

Accounts Payable processing
A. Process vendors' invoices and employee expense reports
B. Responsible for the resolution of invoice and expense report issues and problems
C. Responsible for checking expense report against receipts
D. Responsible for running reports
E. Monitors purchasing accruals


Other Functions
A. Documents and maintains process documentation
B. Execute ad-hoc tasks or projects in a fast-paced environment
C. Promptly and professionally responds to all internal or external inquiries and bring issues to resolution
D. Ensures documents and workbooks are properly archived
