I graduated from one of the top universities in the Philippines, the University of Santo Tomas, with a degree of Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics. Before I got into writing, I worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the United Doctors Medical Center for 3 years, then at Abbott Philippines as a Nutrition Advisor for 2 years.
I have also been an online diet coach at My Spa Diet and also a contributor writer for that website. Then, I became a diet coach for a company called Larventech, where I began to help people (across the globe through online means) manage their lifestyle needs through diet modification. I created meal plans for different diet patterns like Paleo, Blood Type Diet, and others.
As I grow my passion for writing, I began to work with other Upgrade to see actual info a year of freelance writing experience, I was able to contribute press releases, current news, blog posts, eBooks, and SEO copywriting.
Currently, I am a Nutrition Consultant for two companies, 7/11 Philippines and Chillerz Fruit Shakes. I am the one who checks the Nutrition Facts and Nutrient Composition of their products, making sure that each of their product adheres to the Recommended Energy and Nutrient Intake of our country.
