Graphic Design - Video Editing - Social Media Strategist                                            As a Digital Content Creator for 2 years, my role is to create professional videos and graphic/layout designs on different social media platforms. I also help business owners promote their products and services through creative digital craftmanship to leave a remarkable footprint and make an impact on their target audience. My responsibilities include the promotion of our products and maintaining a high-profit margin. Part of the role is to study new market trends, what our competitor is selling, and how we can build a strong presence. I was also involved in graphic design content for our brochures and flyers, and managing FB content.                                                                                                                                                                                                                Medical VA - Health/Patient  Advocate - Insurance Verifier  I worked in a Fortune 500 company for almost 6years. My bosses saw potential in me and a year later promoted me from phone support to a Communications coach where I had an opportunity to conduct pieces of training and presentations to newbies as well as tenured agents. The goal of the program is to teach agents effective ways to communicate over the phone aligned to the objectives of the Upgrade to see actual info created a significant impact on the business when the site's Net Promoter Score increased in numbers, more satisfied surveys, fewer repeat callers, and people under my wing became more confident in their issue resolution.
