With my 6 years of experience in customer service. I have developed a strong understanding of the importance of providing exceptional service to customer. I was responsible for handling incoming calls, responding to emails and resolving customer issues. I even awarded as one of the Very Important Performer for 2022 which I consider a big achievement. In addition, I possess excellent communications skills, both written and verbal. I am highly organized and detailed oriented which allow me to maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions. Before I join the BPO industry, I have vast experienced in accounting work, like Preparation of Statement of account, prepares account receivable and account payable as well. I also monitor aging account through company terms and make follow up call to avoid unpaid account and considered it as bad debts. Every end of the month, I prepare an Income statement generated from Quick Book. I can prepare payroll as well. I have experienced in admin works like hiring and manpower reduction. I can do multi- tasking whenever possible.
