I’ve been working as a Virtual Assistant (VA) with different foreign clients for 3 yrs now. With 6 years of experience in administrative tasks for private and government agencies, I possess a diverse skill set. I handled social media management, (editing photo and videos, writing a captions and hashtags for the post), lead generation and outreach of profiles using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, research of leads, data entry and admin tasks. Prior to my VA experience, I handled the operation of a foreign chamber in our city for 3 yrs now. I organized meetings and events, recruitment of new members, setting appointments, calendar management, creating deck presentation, constant communication with our members (C-level executives) and partners, writing communication letters and minutes of the meeting, posting articles in our website and social media accounts, Research and other admin tasks. Meanwhile, I also worked with our local government as technical staff for 2 years and 10months. I was tasked to promote the city on its investment priority areas to foreign investors, prepares travel itinerary whenever there are dignitaries who will be visiting our city, book their hotel accommodation and transportation vehicle. I also perfomed all the administrative functions.
