Expert Customer Support

During my days in the BPO industry, I was primarily focused on helping clients in a different channel, solving and providing solutions to their queries.

It caught my interest while I was working on a project called "PisoWifi" where customers can access the internet which would expire depending on the amount they inserted on the machine. I didn't have any idea that it included network management, which soon I learned and is still the kind of business I have.

My latest experience working with a SaAS company, allows me to gain knowledge on how to introduce clients to the business, and how our system works.

Editing videos to push my potential in multimedia. While I didn't have an opportunity to work with a client or a company, I utilized my knowledge and skills in doing so with our school projects.

While working previously in the BPO industry, I was also exposed to interviewing applicant and seeing which project their skills and experience could fit.

While this skill is not in my professional background, I was able to learn this through our school defense where we were asked to share the project we wanted to work on and make it possible for the cause of society. It was fun, and I know that there are still a lot of things I need to know.
