I worked for more than 8 years as a Customer Service Specialist. I have handled several lines of business including travel, banking, telecommunication service, collections and technical support. Currently working as a Virtual Assistant (Inventory and Accounting Assistant) for my client since 2017. I also have worked as a Product Data Outreach Specialist for an E-commerce company and as an Admin support to an online shopping site.
Other than my work experience, I also have a passion for cooking and enUpgrade to see actual info doing D-I-Y projects on my free time. I always do my best to provide efficient and reliable service to my clients. I am goal oriented and love to learn new things. I believe that we should never stop learning. This is why I take it as a challenge for myself, to always learn new things and broaden my scope. I value my flexibility in communication, as well as my wide range of acquired knowledge.
