To whom it may concern,
My name is Jerel Empimo. I'm 36 years old, a native Filipino born in Cebu City Philippines and have been living here since birth. I have an associate degree diploma in Midwifery, and graduated at North central Mindanao Colleges last 2012.
I started working in a BPO company after I graduated from college. Most of my job experiences are customer service-related positions, related to telecommunications, Retail, Banking and Medical accounts in which I always deal with different nationalities, cultures and religions. To highlight my background in handling medical accounts, I’m an associate midwifery by profession and was able to gain a certificate from Red Cross Philippines in participating with their Basic Life Support Training & Disaster Rescue Training. I’m recently working as a patient care coordinator with a Texas USA based hospital and I also have an experience in a BPO company handling US Based insurance company under their Dental account. My task is to reach dental providers and offices who are currently due for their re-credentialing.
It's been 11 years and counting that I've worked in the BPO industry. I have the set of skills to offer where your company can benefit. One of them is integrity and dedication at work.
