Profile Description

As a Human resource staff I am responsible on handling the recruitment and end-to-end onboarding process for service provider applicants on our app. In addition, as a admin staff I handle inquiries of both users and service providers in our app in regards with their account, booking and application through social media and emailing platform.

During my employment as a customer service representative on a local call center company, I handled an account wherein we assist customers thru calls, and emails for their inquiries on the vehicle rental with proficiency and high quality of service. I also handled an account where we assist multiple customers at once thru chats in regards with their network service. Both account have US based customer.
