A dedicated short-term rental virtual assistant who specializes in comprehensive support for property managers to optimize their vacation rentals.

My key responsibilities include:

Guest Communication:Respond promptly to guest inquiries via messaging platforms, email, or phone.Provide pre-booking information and address questions about the property, amenities, and policies.Handle post-booking communication, including check-in instructions and follow-up messages.

Reservation Management:Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and refund requests in line with policies.Prevent double bookings by keeping calendars synchronized across platforms.

Listing Management:Create and update property listings with accurate descriptions, photos, and amenities.Optimize listings for better visibility, including competitive pricing strategies and SEO-friendly descriptions.Manage seasonal promotions or discounts to attract Upgrade to see actual infolendar and Task 

Coordination:Schedule cleaning and maintenance between guest stays.Coordinate with service providers, such as cleaners or repair Upgrade to see actual infotify property owners of upcoming bookings or any special requirements.Guest Experience 

Enhancement:Ensure guests have all necessary information for their stay, including welcome guides and local recommendations.Address guest concerns or complaints quickly and professionally to ensure a positive experience.Collect feedback and reviews from guests post-stay.

Administrative Support:Maintain organized records of bookings, payments, and guest communication.Prepare weekly or monthly performance reports for property owners.Monitor and track expenses related to property management.

Problem Resolution: Act as the point of contact for resolving issues such as last-minute cancellations, property access problems, or guest disputes.Collaborate with property owners and service providers to address urgent matters.
