All my professional experience is focused in quality customer service. Clients' satisfaction is my top priority. I'm focused but not limited to: Chat and call support, answering inquiries, providing solution to clients request, and ensuring the overall requirements of the customers are being met.

From high school to college, I'm trained in this area in order to produce quality research papers and reports which had a big impact and is crucial by the time I've worked in different departments in different companies.

I took a post graduate course that is called "Teacher Certificate Program" after graduating in my bachelor's degree which is BSIT. Now I'm a Licensed Professional Teacher when I passed the board last May 2019. For more than 2 years I have been and ESL Teacher.

I learned through working in my 2 recent jobs which requires me to create a page for their businesses, manage it, do live videos once in a while and post contents to boost engagements and sales.

As a graduate of BSIT it is essential that I'm skilled in this area that is focused on designing the look and feel of digital interfaces, such as websites and apps, ensuring that the interface is visually appealing and easy to use.

I acquired this skill throughout my high school and college days to my previous jobs. It requires a high level of accuracy and consistency. Even small mistakes can lead to data integrity issues, so I'm very attentive to details, such as numbers, letters, and symbols.
