Facebook Media Buyer |VA|SMM|Cold Caller

As a Media Buyer, I create a plan for marketing a company's products or services on Facebook and I also make research for the target customers for a marketing campaign.

As a Media Buyer, I set up and execute effective Facebook ad campaigns across various objectives (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand awareness). I also develop A/B tests for creative, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve ad performance. Also, I manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking spend to avoid overspending or inefficiencies. And lastly, I monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.

For the past 3 years ,I’ve worked in two BPO Companies and handled a sales account, I’ve been a Sales Associate at TripAdvisor and Bell Canada, it's not just a sales account because I also handled customer complaints, rage, and emotions. We make sure that the company has a good and positive relationship to them. TripAdvisor is the world's largest travel site where we sell tour packages, accommodations, car rentals, hotels, and flights. As a Customer Associate, I am not just selling those services, I also handle customer queries, requests and complaints. My role is not just about receiving incoming calls, I also handle chat, emails, and outbound calls depending on their request and concern. The second sales account that I’ve been with is at Bell Canada, this is the largest telecommunications company in Canada wherein I sell wireless internet, residential home phone service, and mobile network services. I also process cancellations of orders, refunds, adjustments, replacements, and returns.
