I have learned in my previous work experience that being fully engaged while your patient/client is talking to you with the intent to understand them fully will make the conversation more productive.

We are required to have strong time management abilities as medical professionals. In addition to collecting patient information, we are also responsible for stock management and paperwork. We aim to be as productive as possible while performing our duties.

Since earning my bachelor's degree in respiratory therapy and becoming a certified respiratory therapist in the Philippines, I immediately dived into the world of hospital care and even participated in numerous medical missions throughout our province. My work experience includes a variety of technical skills, including checking and monitoring vital signs, evaluating a patient's symptoms, and providing and/or assisting in the development and administration of appropriate treatment plans as needed. I have also worked at the largest public tertiary hospital in the Philippines. Additionally, I improved my communication skills, which are essential when working with patients and other medical professionals. I pay close attention to even the smallest details because they are essential to keeping accurate records.

With a background in medical education and experience working at the Philippines' largest public tertiary hospital, our mission is to educate and promote wellness and health practices to our clients until they can do it on their own.

My experience working in the Philippines' biggest public tertiary hospital has taught me how to manage every patient I come into contact with by using active listening and effective communication techniques, followed by patient assessment to provide and/or help develop and administer appropriate treatment plans as needed. We constantly try our best to maintain a positive outlook. You will be more sensitive to the mental health of those under your care if you are conscious of your own mental health and wellness.

Having worked at the biggest public tertiary hospital in the Philippines, I can attest that my work experience includes a variety of skills that are ideal for patient care, including conducting patient interviews, checking and monitoring vital signs, evaluating a patient's symptoms, and providing and/or assisting in the development and administration of appropriate treatment plans as needed. Having worked in the Philippines' biggest public tertiary hospital, which has about 2000 beds, I can speak from experience. We are taught to pay close attention to even the smallest details since they are essential to keeping accurate records. Apart from gathering patient data, we are also accountable for paperwork and stock control. When carrying out our responsibilities, we want to be as productive as we can.
