Hi. I'm Upgrade to see actual info, but many call me 'Ice' or 'KT'. I just turned 41 this year, 2025, and I am looking for a long-term career with a company who is ready to accept me as an individual who has integrity which is one of the greatest qualities that I believe an employee should possess, as what people always say, "Honesty is the best Policy". Therefore, you can expect me to be doing the right thing even nobody is watching.

I am an experienced Online English Teacher and with my most recent company/tutorial platform, I've been working for them for 8 years now, and I'm still very happy despite the drastic salary change for everyone because of the loss they experienced during the peak of pandemic. By the way, my students call me 'Tutor Ice' or just 'Kath' 

I am also skilled at communicating with clients, whether over the phone, through LiveChat, or via e-mail because of my 8 years experience of working in BPO industry. I've gained my confidence and have become a person who can be a team leader and a team player. But if necessary, I can also work independently.

Being organized also matters to me, and that must be one of the reasons why I have good analytical skills in assessing something. For me, "World-Class Customer Service" should not just be a brand, that should be real. Although I can be a big-picture person, I can also be very detailed when it comes to "Quality Service". Trust me, I am not a boring person nor a scary one. I know how to value both the company's and my colleagues' efforts. I am always appreciative with any help the company provides, and I always feel privileged working with their employees.

Having said that, I guarantee my patience, and my hardworking ability. I am very flexible that I enjoy learning new things as I can compare it with education, which for me, is a continuous learning. It should never stop. I mean, people should continue to progress, and that includes me.

I am also optimistic. I always look for the silver lining. So, giving up is not in my vocabulary, but determination is. 
I really wish that an employer would notice my skills, knowledge, experiences, including my attitude, and would allow me to contribute to their mission.
