General Virtual Assistant, Social Media Manager, Data Entry

I am handling our company's social media accounts. My experiences with this skill involve content creation such as posts, stories, reels, and short videos. All taken and edited from my mobile phone. I've done sales talks and sales closing over social media. I am also sending invoices and updates to our client through social media chats depending on our client's preference.

I belong to an Admin and Managerial position at work. Data Entry is part of my procedural tasks involving creating client profiles, job sheets, invoices, and payments. I've done product inventory and computation of prices as well.

I've handled all company engagements with our prospects, clients, and other audiences. To elaborate, I can enumerate my roles below. 1. Generating leads for the company. Creating content such as reels, stories and post for our social media. Emails, Car shows, and conventions. 2. Sales talk, generating proposals, and Sales Closing. 3. Customer service and technical support. This covers my role in updating clients on their current projects with the company I am working with. It covers generating solutions to some issues we encounter along the way. 4. After-sales customer care.

Since I work in sales in the Automotive industry, I have delved into product research to find more suitable solutions to my clients' needs and issues. It involves price checking between suppliers. Performance comparison between two similar products or models. Product Availability, time frame checking, and delivery.

I've used Microsoft Excel since my secondary education years and have applied it daily for sales, inventory, and summarizing products and services for costings to create quotations or estimates for sales.

I've handled English-speaking customers from different countries and understood their accents face-to-face and over the phone. I am skillful in problem-solving and also patient in handling irate customers.
