Hello! I have worked as an Administrative Officer for 5 years. I am responsible for providing administrative assistance to senior managements. I handle calls, emails and inquiries by clients and employees, I also process payroll, time keeping, assistance in compensation and benefits of employees, monitoring office budgets and office supplies, maintaining and updating employee records such as 201 file, contracts, creating and publishing job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, I also coordinate company events and meetings and other administrative duties. 

I also have a work experience as Social Media Manager for 2 years in Sugar Momma Pastries & Cookies, it is our own business. My duties and responsibilities as SMM is to engaged with followers, responding to orders and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. I am the one who manage our Facebook and Instagram page. I ensure timely and consistent posting across social media channels. I also do photo editing to create visually appealing content and monitoring engagement and feedback from our customers. 

Before I got promoted as Admin Officer, I also have experiences in HR Assistant for 10 months and Inventory Clerk Customer Service for 10 months also, my duties as HR Assistant are almost the same as my duties as being Admin Officer, while in Inventory Customer Service, I provide customer support, processing orders, transactions and returns, Information services representative, Improving on inventory management and procedures, addressing customers needs and concerns. The goal is always to maintain a positive experience and help build customer loyalty.

The tools that I am very familiar with is, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook, Google Docs, Sheets, Ms Teams, Payroll System. I am tech savvy person.

Other than that, I am approachable, punctual, enthusiastic and a positive person. I excel at managing tasks efficiently, finish my work before deadlines and show my loyalty to the management. I look forward to the opportunity to discuss how I can contribute to the success of your company.
