In customer service, I’ve learned to communicate clearly and listen well. I’ve become good at solving problems and handling different customer issues. I’ve also developed patience and empathy, understanding and caring for customer needs. Additionally, I’ve learned to manage my time and stay organized to ensure a smooth customer experience.

During my undergraduate studies, I was trained to write psychological reports and manage patients with conditions ranging from mild to severe. This training involved learning how to use assessment tools, write detailed reports, interact with patients, create treatment plans, and follow ethical guidelines. I also gained practical experience to apply my knowledge effectively.
