In 2019, I began my career in Property Management as a Post-Construction Concierge in an Ayala Land Premier property, where I assessed residential unit concerns within warranty periods. My responsibilities included scheduling in-house maintenance inspections and repairs and liaising with developers and the Post-Construction team on warranty matters. This role strengthened my ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
In 2020, I advanced to the role of Post-Construction Engineer, leading a team to address leak-related and other warranty issues across multiple towers. This position enhanced my technical expertise in rectifying complex construction challenges.
From 2013 to 2015 and 2020 to 2021, I taught young adults in Seminaries and Institutes of Religion, both in person and via Zoom and Google Meet. I also completed a year-long program at Brigham Young University-Pathway Worldwide, which offered spiritually based degrees online. This experience involved working with international students and professors, with English as the primary language of communication.
In 2022, I then joined a one-year Management Training program with Ayala Property Management Corporation, facilitated by its subsidiary, Prime Support Services Inc., to prepare for the Property Manager role which I assumed in 2023.
In this capacity, I managed multiple residential buildings with commercial units, overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant relations, and property maintenance to ensure optimal functionality and resident satisfaction.
