As a remote worker, I've worked as a VA for a credit repair company based in Texas. I have also been the head of the Customer Service Team of a fast-rising company that has Amazon, eBay, and other stores and stayed with them for almost 5yrs. Most recently, I've worked with a medical supplies company where I have helped train and mentor some junior colleagues and stayed with them for almost 3yrs.

I have a great rig - a Mac Mini M1 with 8GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. I'm usually on it when I'm at home. I also have a backup laptop which I use a lot when I'm traveling. It's a MacBook Pro 2018 with 8GB RAM and 512GB SSD. Most importantly, I work with a >600Mbps stable wifi and wired internet connection with backup pocket wifi with 15-100Mbps.
