Manage booking platforms, process reservations, and handle guest inquiries.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for smooth operations.

General Virtual Assistant:
Provide administrative support, manage schedules, and handle email
correspondence. Assist with day-to-day tasks to streamline business operations.

Customer Service:
Address client concerns and provide timely solutions. Ensure a positive
experience by offering clear, helpful communication.

Executive Assistant:
Manage executive calendars, plan meetings, and coordinate travel. Handle
confidential documents and provide administrative support.

Data Entry:
Accurately input data into CRMs and databases. Maintain organized records and
ensure data integrity.
 
Proficient in a variety of tools and applications:
 
- Creative Tool (Canva)   
- G Suite (Docs, Drive, Sheets, Contacts, Meet)    
- Project Management (Upgrade to see actual info, Trello)      
- Communication (Slack, WhatsApp, MS Team, Upgrade to see actual info, Skype, Zoom)      
- Social Media Platforms (YouTube, LinkedIn,Facebook, Instagram, X, Tiktok)       
- AI (ChatGPT)  
- CRM (Streamline, Rentals United, Guesty, Vacation Rentals)
