My name is Shirley Barrete. I graduated with a Bachelor degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I have 13 years of experience in the BPO industry. My last working experience is with Accenture handling Prudential insurance accounts. I handled Short term disability, Long term disability and leave of absence for Federal family medical leave and state leave. I have a very strong experience in customer service taking intake claims for employees, verifying insurance coverage, claims status and coordinating with doctors office to follow up, sending papers works via fax and email and also coordinating with claims manager to follow up the status of the claim.
