In addition to providing rehabilitation management, I've taken on responsibilities for scheduling and billing our patients. I understand the vital role that proper documentation plays in guiding patients' progress effectively. Ensuring accurate scheduling is essential for delivering quality care to patients and maintaining the well-being of physical therapists. Through exposure to various Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), I've been able to review patients' progress and access information about procedures performed. I also prioritize communication with patients and their caregivers, reaching out to schedule follow-up appointments and check-ups to ensure continuity of care.

During my college years in 2013 and 2014, I worked as a customer service representative for an online shopping site during the summers. My primary responsibility was handling inbound calls from customers. Despite encountering irate callers, I consistently maintained professionalism and composure, ensuring positive interactions. I excelled in managing my time effectively, achieving a good average handling time (AHT) while addressing customer concerns thoroughly. Notably, I took pride in maintaining a track record of zero refunds or losses for the company, demonstrating my commitment to resolving issues efficiently and upholding customer satisfaction.

As a physical therapy intern, I've gained diverse experience across various healthcare settings including hospitals and community centers. My rotations have exposed me to specialized areas such as pediatric, sports, and general cases, providing me with a well-rounded understanding of different patient populations and conditions. As a licensed physical therapist, I've encountered a wide range of cases spanning diverse patient demographics. My practice has been enriched by extensive collaboration with doctors and other healthcare professionals, fostering a holistic approach to patient care. I deeply value interprofessional collaboration as it enhances treatment outcomes and ensures comprehensive care for every patient.
