Working in a call center is very challenging since you will be dealing with different types of customer. Some are rude, uses profanity and even raises their voice the minute you take their call. Since one of the most important skill of a customer service is being emphatic and professional, we tend to just let them rant and hear their story and empathized with them.

I am confident that i can understand and converse in English. I might stutter sometimes but I can manage after few days of working or when I'm used to the environment or the process.

I wasn't able to use this on my previous work since we don't use MS Word but I am familiar with it since I used this in school and also with my research study.

I really love excel especially when l learn additional techniques and shortcuts. It really makes your life easier. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to use this skill as well recently since its not being use on the job which lead me to forgot some of the techniques I learned at school.

Was only able to use Canva for a short time during my internship. Since I'm a fan of designing, I continue using it with my school homework and even used it to help my cousins if they needed help relating to design.

I was able to use this skill during my internship when we conducted our thesis study research. We conducted observation on the company's process, we identify and mitigate idle times, repetitive motions, unnecessary movements and others that can be considered as waste in the process.
