• Guest Communication: Communicate with guests, answer inquiries, provide property information, and assist with complaints or issues during their stay.
• Calendar Management: Block/unblock the calendar as needed.
• Owner Updates: Inform the property owner about new bookings.
• Cleaner Coordination: Coordinate with cleaners and inform them about guest check-in/out dates.
• Vendor Coordination: Find and coordinate with local vendors such as plumbers, HVAC technicians, and handymen.
• Payment Processing: Manually charge/refund guests who book on VRBO and other platforms using Stripe or Guesty.
Email and Document Organization: Organize emails, create documents, and make announcements or instructions on Notion or Trello for the team.
• Lease Agreements: Edit lease agreements for tenants and send DocuSign forms to guests if necessary.
