When I was working at VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS in 2018, I handled a swivel account named Uber Eats. It is an application many Americans use to order food through an easy delivery experience. As a customer service advocate, one of our tasks is to answer queries and concerns for our customers through email.

I'm a Customer Service Advocate at VXI GLOBAL HOLDINGS supporting the Uber Eats account to address any issues that riders, drivers, and delivery partners may have.

I'm a medical biller and claims specialist supporting Home Health Services in CA at Northeast Solutions Inc. which tasks is to: 1. Documents medical claims actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records. 2. Resolves medical claims by approving or denying per documentation, calculating benefits due, initiating a payment or composing a denial letter. 3. Protects operations by keeping claims information confidential. 4. Prepares reports by collecting analyzing, and summarizing information.

I believe that I have a good understanding of the basic essentials of Excel and with the knowledge learned from my experiences. I will be able to utilize the tools of Excel in my current position as a medical claims specialist.
