Onboarding and Offboarding – Assisting with new hire orientations, preparing paperwork, and ensuring smooth transitions for employees joining or leaving the company.
Document Management – Maintaining employee records, such as contracts, evaluation forms, and job descriptions, as well as updating employee information.
Recruitment Support – Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and communicating with candidates.
Employee Relations – Supporting HR in handling employee concerns, scheduling meetings, and facilitating communications between staff and management.
Compliance – Ensuring that HR policies and practices comply with labor laws and regulations, including assisting with audits or internal reviews.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              As a Sales Account Executive, my primary role is to drive sales and manage client relationships. Key responsibilities typically include:    
 
Lead Generation – Identifying and pursuing potential clients through networking, referrals, and research to build a pipeline of prospects. That includes outreach and cold calling.
Client Engagement – Meeting with clients to understand their needs, present solutions, and tailor proposals to address their specific requirements.
Sales Strategy – Developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed targets, including pricing, promotions, and marketing tactics.
Account Management – Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, handle any issues, and identify opportunities for upselling.
Negotiation and Closing – Negotiating terms and closing deals to secure contracts and achieve sales goals.
Reporting and Analysis – Tracking sales performance, analyzing data, and providing reports to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
