I have been in the call center industry for almost 9 years so I can say that my customer service skills have been honed by these years of experience. I handled retail and financial accounts on platforms like chat, email, and phone. My most recent work experience is a combination of being a  real Estate Virtual Assistant and an Executive Assistant. My roles were cold calling for possible leads, Social media management, Lead generation, and property management as my main role. It is my responsibility to make sure that all the 21 properties that my client has are in good shape and being managed well.  Aside from that I also took care of my client's daily calendar events, schedules, and hotel and flight bookings for when he needed to travel. I also manage all payments that need to be made for all his properties.   In my 2 year worth of experience in Property management and Real Estate Virtual Assistance, I have utilized Buildium and Tenant Turner as my main tools.
