Responsible for answering general inquiries regarding plans and services, billing concern, plan modification, scheduling an appointment for the installation of their requested services like Internet service, home phone, security service and cable. Processing online orders through the company website. Calling out new and existing customers to discuss current offers that will suit their needs. Responsible for attending chat and emails by providing accurate information based on the customers queries. Walking the customers through basic troubleshooting for any technical problem. Directing them to the correct Tier if the issue still persists.

Ensuring existing patients data is up to date. Doing some administrative task like scanning documents and calendar management.
