Profile Description

Management professional with demonstrated capability in manufacturing operation management through substantial number of years of progressive managerial experiences in a large and complex manufacturing environment.

With proven expertise in implementing Business Process and Performance Improvement through Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodology.  With broad experience in leading wide scale Lean Management System deployment.

Demontrated proficiency in project management through various projects such as facility relay-out, product and process transfers, new product introduction projects, continouos improvement projects (Lean/ Six Sigma implementation), TPM projects, etc.

Demonstrated to have strong capability in resource capacity planning, production and operations planning, demand management and inventory management.

Highly capable in developing, maintaining and updating dashboard and metrics used for tracking performance indicators in manufacturing industry (or other type of industry) utilizing Microsoft Excel and through a good handle (extraction/ integration/ processing) of large amount of data from various sources.
