Both Network, Server & virtualization infrastructure for our Primary
Datacenter. I Traveled to USA for this project to ensure that all
components are migrated from Old to new datacenter without downtime
and ensuring that Business continues without interruption.
Global Server and Endpoint Standardization
Spear head the redesign of Global Server Implementation and
Standardized this with 2 Platform ensuring that we are not
Overengineering the solution and everything is up to date.
Redesign Included Domain Controller Version upgrade and Domain
Functional Level Upgrade from 2008 to 2016
Solution Consolidation and Datacenter Footprint Reduction.
Full migration of 280 EOL/EOS Servers to New Hardware including OS
Infra Security 0365 Global Licensing Standardization and calibration.
$3.8 Million Hardware Refresh project covering all datacenters in India,
Philippines, Australia, Honduras, Jamaica, USA, South Africa and Malaysia
Opex Cost Efficiency and Enabling My Department to be a Revenue
Generating Cost Center.
Delivered Hybrid Citrix Solution Lowering Opex Cost by $1,050,000 per
year.
