- Experience with Microsoft O365 Admin (Azure AD), Google Workspace (Admin), JAMF Pro (MAC Admin)- Used Remedy, ServiceNow, ZenDesk and ORS Ticketing tools- Used Bomgar, AnyDesk, TeamViewer and Spashtop for Remote sessions- Average of 50 wpm to 55 wpm in typing.- Productive and responsible. Willing to handle any task needed.- Highly motivated. Committed in rendering top quality service on time.- Enjoys challenges and can work under great pressure.- Hard
