In addition to my HVAC experience, I have worked as a crew member at McDonald's, where I upheld customer service standards, and as part of the Bureau of Fire Protection, assisting in emergency response operations.
I also gained valuable customer support experience with Concentrix, where I developed strong communication skills and learned how to manage and resolve customer concerns effectively. Additionally, I previously ran my own air conditioning and refrigeration service business, further developing my skills in managing operations and solving technical problems and I hold tesda certifications in various technical fields.
