As a member of the sales team, it was my responsibility to help consumers choose the right plan for their needs and to not only market the product but also inform them of its advantages. To make sure I understood every detail of the device's capabilities, attributes, and special selling factors, I immersed myself in product training sessions. With this information at my service, I became confident in my ability to explain to prospective clients the benefits of the product. Throughout the sales process, I upheld honesty and integrity by giving clients honest advice and making sure they had all the information they required to make decisions.

UnitedHealth Group is the owner and operator of OptumRX. We manage prescription drug coverage for health insurance companies in our role as Pharmacy Help Desk Specialists. Prescription drug insurance benefits are administered by us, and we also review drug formularies and pharmacy networks, confirm the status of prior authorizations, and process drug claims for our members. We work to provide effective and convenient pharmaceutical therapies with the aim of improving overall health outcomes.

In my role as a customer support agent, I've had the honor of dealing through phone, email, and live chat with a wide variety of clients. I took care to listen intently and with empathy throughout the call. I addressed the customer's frustrations and reassured them that I would assist with finding a solution while allowing them to completely voice their concerns without interruption.
