I've been working in a BPO industry for 2 years now. Over the years, my communication skill and problem solving skills has developed a lot and eventually it helped me to become an expert when it comes to customer service. I also managed to do an outbound call under UK survey account because that was my first job in BPO 1 year. I am excellent in upselling and handling different kind of customers as I've been working as a Customer Service Representative for 1 year as well 2 months in Verizon Account which is telco and 11 months in Sirius XM account which is a satellite radio account.
I'm very punctual and hard working and do not like to compromise when it comes to my work. I am flexible to schedule since in my previous job our work schedule is changing every month.
