I've been in the outsourcing industry since 2010, I gained my first experience with United Airlines as a Customer Service Representative for both International and Domestic flights dealing with booking reservations and Upgrade to see actual info 2013 I worked as an Inbound Representative for Integrity Staffing Solutions which is based in the US who staffed Upgrade to see actual info,my main task is to provide assistance for those trying to apply for a position for Upgrade to see actual info in different states in the US. I am also in charge of handling inquiries for those who are already employed When it comes to their schedules, payroll and call Upgrade to see actual info 2014 I was part of the Outbound team as an appointment setter for MediaCorp based in Singapore and Boost Media based in Australia. My task is to contact leads and generate appointments for advertising magazines,newspapers and radio.And I have been doing projects in telemarketing, for 6 1/2 years now' such as health insurance and webinar campaigns' . I call a list of leads and engage with them and provide- hot leads at the end of the day.I handled different Real estate campaigns', in  different states in the US and I usually call homeowners that might be interested in selling  or would consider an offer. I ask questions about the condition of the property'  -and- make an appointment with my acquisition manager. I also handled admin tasks like texting, sending??emails & contracts. And I was given a chance as well to be a Lead Manager where I follow up warm leads and give them an offer once my acquisition manager is done with possible offers.  I also know how to download leads from propstream, skip trace and upload them to Mojo Dialer. These experiences made me familiarize, with different dialers, and CRM such as mojo, calltools, batch dialer, ring central as my dialers and launch control, rei sift, rei replay, and batch leads for texting I'm also knowledgeable using Podio, Freedomsoft and REI Simple as my crm's. And in addition I've work aswell as frontdesk answer incoming calls and schedule appointment's for the doctor or transfer over to the right department. I also work as appointment setter for a private recruitment agency in the U.S looking for a client for Medical and Lawyers.
