Profile Description
As a practicing CPA Lawyer, I did/do actual and virtual legal advice and drafting of various cases relating to violence against women and children, annulment/declaration of nullity cases, contracts, inheritance, estate taxes, real property taxes and other legal and consultancy services. I had been a working student during my entire law school and had been doing various legal and audit related work for various entities. I am a proactive individual with great attention to details. As previous auditor, I drafted compliance audit reports focusing on the Procurement Law, Local Government Code and other related laws, rules and regulations on good governance. I also drafted compliance audit reports during my previous work as external auditor focusing on Taxation of Corporation and Individuals as former. On top of these we also do various administrative task.
