I'm currently working as one of the paralegal agent for US lawfirm. Handling disability cases/ benefits intake. I also work before as concierge agent for worldventures/dreamtrips. We handle reservations and bookings for tours, hotels,ground transportation and research. previously I started working as appointment setter agent for Groupon. after 1 year I was promoted as supervisor and I've been working in BPO industry for more than 20 years now. I worked as Billing agent for Convergys Phil. Cusrtomer service for Optus and Telstra and with different BPO companies. And I'm also a registered nurse.
