Profile Description

o Provide Estimates/ Take Off for Architectural works
o Act as Owner’s representative in the Project
o Provide services over the Pre-construction, Construction and Post Construction Phase requirements for the project
o Responsible for assuring that the Contractors of each contract package perform with the accordance on the contract provision
o Assist the Owner in obtaining building permits and special permits for permanent improvements
o Assist the Owner on bidding process including Owner Supplied Materials
o Attends and prepares documents for the bidding process
o Review all plans for completeness to minimize ambiguities and delays in construction
o Record and monitor the daily activities of the Contractor involved in the project
o Check and Inspect the quality of work with respect to the plan l Architectural Fit Outs
o Regular inspection of work and implement necessary measures and procedures to ensure compliance with the contract package
o Supervise Installation of Contractor
