Then, I embraced the new normal and started a work-from-home setup for almost 4 years as a Recruitment Consultant for an Australian/US account for Aged Care Healthcare/Nursing Home, Assisted Living that honed my skills and experience. Our daily task involves searching for a relevant candidate to fit the skills of the Facility we need. For the past few months, I have developed my skills in outbound calling, Email Management, Web Research, and Data Entry with the use of Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word, and Outlook, also for different CRM tools to update the ATS and also another platform.
