Utilizing LinkedIn using various accounts to generate leads, build rapport and eventually set appointments for IT-related clients of the company. In the field of workers' compensation. Working to proactively collect both recent and aging outstanding receivable payments from clients/customers when such payments are outside turn-around times. This includes locating and fixing discrepancies in the whole billing process such as fixing clerical errors, working with denials, acquiring needed documents, communicating with clients, mitigating and appealing payment disputes, process improvements, and identifying trends that will all lead to reduced missed collections and maintained or increased revenues for the company.

Conducted overall market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends for effective product positioning. Monitored trends in social media, industry, and competitive landscape to create new material and differentiate our products effectively.

Product research, and sourcing (on AliExpress, eprolo, cjdropshipping, TikTok) that have the potential.

Importing product data from suppliers to Shopify, creating the copy, editing marketing images (using mostly Canva), managing reviews of the company's product/landing pages, and organizing them together (using Shopify itself or PageFly) to help best sell the product.

Worked as a Shopify store administrator, product researcher and data importer (utilizing AliExpress, eprolo, cjdropshipping), create digital marketing collaterals utilizing Canva, PS, and competition research to identify customer needs, preferences and trends.

Managing and working with event sponsorships. This entailed negotiating and finalizing sponsorships and making sure the terms of the sponsorships are met by both parties before, during and after a given event. Work included drafting documents, discussion of terms with parties and people involved for the event, preparation and transfer of the items/financial assistance for the sponsored and any of our marketing collateral to be used for the event.
